I count my tea as water but ONLY if it's unsweet. If I drink sweet tea, then I don't.

For 6 months or so I ate my exercise calories back and I only lost about 5-10 lbs. I exercised 5 days and still do. I think I am one of those people who can't eat their exercise calories. I am the exact same way! The only 2 things that I have been consistant on is Zumba and Body Pump. I also bought the 30DS and was so bored by day 3 and didn't really feel like I was getting anything out of it. I have lost about 30 lbs with Zumba and Body Pump! I swear by it lol. I drink at least the recommended 8 8oz glasses a day but most of the time 10+ glasses.

Tish 26 Jasper, GA Every time I looked at pictures, I noticed I was the "fat girl" in them. I hated it and it made me cry almost every time I looked at them. I'm finally below my pre-pregnancy weight from all 3 kids and now I wanna get back to my "high school skinny" weight. Not really that skinny but you get the idea lol!

I do Pump on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays and Zumba or Step on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Do you think I'm overdoing it on the Cardio? I take Fridays and Sundays off.

When we tried to conceive our first, I didn't restrict anything. Just kinda let nature take wheel. I still ate healthy and I didn't drink alcohol or anything.

Does it really? I have wondered about that. I have taken phentermine and lost 33 lbs on it the first time and gained 15 of it back and then lost that 15lbs again and have maintained it for 6 months. I'm trying to break this stubborn plateau and I need some sort of appetite surpressant because I LOVE food! lol

I am a Zumba instructor and YES! it does help you lose weight. I've had the same lady coming to my classes for a while now and I can tell that she has definitely lost weight! It is a cardio exercise! The more you get into it, the more you get out of it!

It really depends on your height/weight etc. The treadmill and MFP doesn't know any stats on you at all - like as far as your height, weight, male or female. How long did you run/walk?
