I'm on it and was put on it when I was pregnant with my 3rd about 2 years ago. I haven't really noticed any weight gain because of it medicine, however, I have a nasty habit to eat when I'm bored so I can't really compare :(

I'm going through this too. I can't get my act together to save my life!! I was so diligent in logging and eating and not it seems I can't get it together :(

I use a HRM for Pump. I usually burn between 300-400 calories - no more than that though.

It takes 1 month to put on 1 lb of muscle, so I doubt that's what it is. What is your activity level? MFP is set up for you to eat those calories you earn from exercise. Do you wear a HRM so that you can accurately log the calories you burn? I find that MFP calories burned for some exercises is fairly low and then…

I'm 154 and wear an 8 in womens or an 11 in juniors. I'm hoping to be in a juniors 5. I like the way juniors fit better than womens. I'm short torso'd so womens bottoms come up too far and I feel like Steve Urcle! :smile:

I haven't ran in a while but I do other cardio exercises, so when I ran a mile in 10 minutes I was shocked. And the best part was is I felt like I could have ran longer! I'm not a runner AT ALL but I really wanna be. Good for you!! An 11 minute mile is amazing!

I don't mind it going up as long as I'm toning up. I just don't want to get "fat" from taking it lol. But I feel like I could get more out of my workouts, especially Pump because my muscles fatigue quickly :(

Typically 500 to 1000 calories depending on your weight, the instructor's song choice/intensity of the workout, and how much you put into it. I had to up my calories because I didn't loose anything for a while - like 4 months! I also set my settings to lose 1/2 lb a week and I've started to lose again. Adjust til you find what works for you! Good luck to you!

I don't think it really would matter, but I'm not an expert. I would thnk as long as it was the same time every day it wouldn't matter if you weighed pre- or post-workout.
