current weight: 236.2 mini goal #1: 221.2 by Thanksgiving (currently in a WLC and this will put me at my goal of losing 25 lbs during the challenge) mini goal #2: 199 by the end of January when I turn 30 I haven't really thought about my final goal yet, but I think 160 sounds pretty darn good.

How many calories would you need to eat to maintain your current weight? I'm betting that 1500 cal a day you're already eating is giving you a nice calorie deficit so you are already cutting out 500 cal (give or take since I don't know your exact weight and I'm speaking hypothetically) out of your diet. :)

I tend to weigh mine when I get them out to thaw and have never weighed them after thawing before. I may do that just as an experiment tonight. Thanks for all the help! Me too, it's my main source of protein since it's so lean. I tend to eat it at two meals every day.

Agreed. Especially if there are kids in the house I'd keep the table salt (I use both table salt and kosher myself).

Greek yogurt is more on par with sour cream, though still tangy like the yogurt you're used to. I can't stomach most yogurts and I love greek yogurt with fresh fruit, honey, and ground flax.
