Weight Loss Goals. What is your mini goals and final goals?

I have a series of mini goals. I am 140 lbs now, I started a while ago at 170 lbs. My Goal is ultimately to lose 25lbs and therefore be 115 lbs. I know it might not be achievable due to muscle weight gain and the size of my frame.. we'll see. Whats yours?

    I would love to be able to say I've lost 40lbs. I'm 4lbs away.

    mini goal #1: 221.2 by Thanksgiving (currently in a WLC and this will put me at my goal of losing 25 lbs during the challenge)
    mini goal #2: 199 by the end of January when I turn 30

    I haven't really thought about my final goal yet, but I think 160 sounds pretty darn good.
  • Im 162.4 right now and my STG is 140 and my LTG is 130.
  • For mini-goals I focus on 5 lbs at a time.

    I set my long term goal on my ticker as 115, which I may or may not actually aim for. In the past when I was trying to lose weight, my goal was 120 and I stopped at 125 because I was happy with my body and enjoying my more active life too much to worry about the scale.

    This time I picked a number at the very low end of my healthy range (according to BMI) knowing full well that I will stop trying to lose weight when I am happy, and not when I see a magic number on the scale. 5 lb mini goals will work for me!
