Me too, and I could use all the moral support I can get! I did amazingly well over last summer, got to Christmas, and managed to put 11lbs back on - dammit. I have to lose at least 30lbs by end of March to get onto a drug trial, so count me IN!

I'd choose the Cheeselets - way less sodium and fat, and it's better to get more of your calories from carbs rather than fat. HOWEVER! You did say it's your treat night, so if choosing one would make you feel like you missed out on the other one, then have both and take a brisk 30 min walk to the shop to buy them :) Enjoy…

Maybe you could stop when you feel right? You will know if your body feels as though there is more fat to lose - and you already know it's unhealthy to carry too much of it. Oh me too! It's sort of reassuring to know I'm not the only one :) I have PCOS and endometriosis, which mean that without losing weight, it's unlikely that I would conceive (and it's funny how every one has a miracle story....). Also PCOS can cause you to carb-load, which makes the PCOS worse, which makes you eat even more…

You can eat the extra calories :) You don't have to eat all of them if you don't want to, but try to stay above your base metabolic rate. Good luck!

Hi there - we normally use a lime dressing made from a small spoon of olive oil, the juice of half a lime, pepper and ground ginger.
