Hi, I'm also from the UK (West London), am a mother of 2 and work full time. I kinda do what Jamhamster said and have healthy ready meals in the freezer for when the family is eating a not so healthy meal. But i tend to go for Tesco Lighter Choices as they are cheaper than weight watchers.
