You should be eating every 3-4hrs to keep your metabolism going. You should stick with healthy good for you snacks. If you schedule them ahead of time and preplan and prepare you wont be as tempted to grab something unhealthy

You need the carbs for the energy for your workouts! Eat good carbs(whole grains, wheat stuff like that). Your protein should be lean(chicken, fish, turkey bacon, low fat or fat free dairy). Also add in some weight training, muscle helps to burn fat! And make sure you are eating enough...to little is just as bad as to much!

The Garmin ForeRunner watches are AWESOME! They have GPS, heart rate monitor, time, avg pace per mile, distance EVERYTHING! There are apps for your phone as well I forget the name of the one I used to use but I dont like carrying my phone on my runs
-
To little is just as bad as to much it will put your body into starvation mode...you should aim for 1200-1500 calories depending on how much you are working out each day. And be patient you didnt gain it all over night you wont loose it all over night. Set small realistic goals and reward yourself for them...new…

Unless you have high cholesterol there is nothing wrong with eating the whole egg...Unless you eat a lot of fat elsewhere

I have learned patience is a virtue. You really may be working out a bit to much, how long do you go each time? Your body needs at least 2 days a week of rest and make sure you are eating enough of the right foods to fuel your body. Food is just that fuel for your body. You should be doing weight training along with cardio…
