My current goal is 150, but honestly, I think once you get closer to where you want to be you'll have a good idea of what to do next. I want to lose fat, but I want to gain some muscle, so if I weight 160, but look great then that's fine with me. Good luck!

You won't get crazy buff, don't worry. I lift weights and use the machines around the gym so that I keep my muscle, but lose the fat. Otherwise I'd lose fat and muscle and just look flabby at my goal weight. Ew. Good luck!

I've been on a Coheed & Cambria kick for the past few days because my husband was playing an acoustic song by Claudio. Also really like bands like The Replacements, The Decemberists, Person L, Modest Mouse, but also occasionally The Bled or The Band. Variety!

Some things may not be quite right, but overall I've had a good experience with it. I work out, I eat back my exercise calories, and I lose weight. Do remember that everyone is different and it is your body. We all get different results.

I prefer tea (any tea) over coffee. When I stopped drinking coffee I noticed that if I did have a cup occasionally it would rip apart my stomach for the whole day. I don't know if green tea has any real benefits, but I feel like it's good for me and that's enough for me!

Sometimes yes. Online it's easy to be anonymous and says inflammatory things without feeling guilty or taking blame, so maybe that is a part of it. I think the best thing to do is to lead by example, so we classy folk better get a move on!

My mom (and by extension me since I live nearby) grow tomatoes, peppers, lettuce, herbs, and a couple years ago I grew tomatillos. At my apartment we just grow herbs usually, not enough sun for many things, though we pick our own food at some nearby farms.

I use Tom's brand deodorant (for men or women, not that is matters), but my husband sweats like it's his job and he uses Dove's Men+ Clean Comfort I believe and it does the trick.
