im feeling a lot better today guys thank god so i might get to my circuit training class.. great challenge today well done!! i had turnip and carrot mash for dinner with fish and beans twas delicious so ill try the veg one tomorrow if thats ok.... hope your all having a great day :heart: :heart:

i dont eat all of my exercisee cals i couldnt, id be afraid to eat them all... just do your best cheryl thats all you can do and once your pushing your self a little more each time your fitness will improve and youll burn more cals.. my stomach is very sore today and it hasnt been sore in a long time it was prob the 30ds…

yes i noticed it aswell some people havent posted on the forum at all only the same few but i hope there keeping it up and if you notice on the link a lot of people havent giving me there weigh either so im gonna delete them next week if i dont get anything from them... dont worry about not keeping up with all the exercise…

i understand its gonna be impossible for some people so why dont you set a challenge for yourself for the week like for 7 days you eat no chocolate,or sugary drink or crisps ect,,,

try aim for a little earlier if you can :) this challenge means no food at all after 7 but you can have water...
