I just don't believe you should eat if you are really not hungry. Messes with your appestat. Like thirst, it tells you when you need food. I find I go one day higher and the next day lower in calories. Just listen to your body unless it says "Eat the whole pizza!"

I just don't drink enough water!! When trying to keep up with the 8 glasses a day I spend the same amount of time in the lu. But I think it is beneficial because on the days I drink a lot I don't eat as much!! So keep it up and you should be proud!

For sure!!! Anything with salt or sugar will bloat you. To de-bloat drink lemon water and eat only unprocessed foods. Crackers, bread etc will swell you up. When you drink lemon water you will be amazed how quickly the excess water comes off.

I do feel that the target range is gigantic. So much depends on your build etc. Go with what you feel comfortable with!
