Holiday Baking
Anyone else a taster. Wonder if I should just forego regular food and be scrupulous about adding up the calories in my nibbling. some how this just seems wrong. Maybe I will just put my retainer in and not eat anything. Its for the grandkids anyway!!! Monday is cookie making with 6 grandchildren! Waht a mess!

11 lbs to go and on a plateau
I joined just a couple of weeks ago and have lost 5 but the scale won't budge the last week and have a daughters wedding to attend in just three weeks. Any advice ?

I have been on mfp for over a week and have shown a 5 lb loss. Still have the last 10 to reach 135! I love this program! So easy and so rewarding. Any suggestions for others losing the last 10?
