10 lbs to go!

I have been on mfp for over a week and have shown a 5 lb loss. Still have the last 10 to reach 135! I love this program! So easy and so rewarding. Any suggestions for others losing the last 10?

    Increase your intakes of water, protein, and calcium!

    Lower sodium, cut out alcohol, drink LOTS of water, and definitely increase protein and workouts. Start lifting if you haven't been. Strength training is VITAL.

    Strength-training/weight-lifting. Not only does it make you look & feel better, it boosts your metabolism!
