  • I drink around 3 Litres of water a day, more if I waork out, I can't seem to go 45 minutes without going. Really sucks when you have to drive somewhere and traffic is a mess! Been doing this for over a year and it has not settled down at all. Sorry for the bad news
  • OMG!!! ME too! Just happened night before last! Sad thing is I had already put tape around the band to try to keep it on my finger until I could get it sized. Still havn't found the darn thing yet! Needless to say, my hubby is not very happy
  • Me too! He is my husband! The other guy is a firend of my girfriends who I happened to be sitting next to at her birthday party! LMFAO!!!
  • Thank you all! It is so scary to look at old pictures. This one actually popped up on an old friends Facebook account and I saw it and just about died! But it is definitely motivation! First goal is in sight, second goal by The end of the year and I know I can do it thanks to MFP and all the wonderful suuport here!…

  • This is great! What a way to put a different perspective on the excess we have all gotten rid of! I am fluctuating between 50 pounds = a small bale of hay 55 pounds = a 5000 BTU air conditioner and am almost to: 60 pounds = an elephants penis Pretty scary thought to imagine carrying that around with me everyday! :blushing:
  • Hello! I also live in Beaverton! I was born and raised here, went to Aloha High School and raised two incredible kids in the Hillsboro School District. Please feel free to add me! This site is wonderful and has incredible people who help you stay motivated. Good Luck in your journey! Trisha

  • Coconut- please do NOT give me a drink made with Malibu Rum! peas liver Most Caviar- the really expensive stuff was nasty but the cheap stuff was actually tolerable I love onions and bell peppers but can not stand them on my pizza or hamburgers
  • I am the same way, my husband really wants me to quit, I don't smoke that much, a pack every 3-4 days, but I know that any amount is bad. I have promised myself that once I hit my goal weight, quitting is my next "me" project.
  • I'm going to work out extra hard tonight after work cause I know there are going to be 1 too many "adult" slushies this weekend. It's going to 85 degrees at the beach, in OREGON!!!!!! Great friends, great food, and great drinks! plus lots of walking on the beach. I can't wait!
  • AGREED!!!!!!! AMEN SISTER!!!
  • I typically go to the gym straight after work, so I will have remnants of a 10 hr days makeup still on my face. Except on saturday morings, I get out of bed, brush my teeth and go. But I sweat like a dog, I can be on the stairmachine for 2 minutes and be completely drenched. I have to wear a bandana on my head to keep some…
  • There is absolutely nothing wrong with a woman being able to defend herself. There are too many psycho's out there! More power to you, girlfriend! My husband and I took the class years ago for a concealed weapons permit. Never hurts to be prepared for any circumstance!
  • I was walking to the bank this afternoon with the sun behind me, I used to dread looking at my shadow on the ground. I was amazed, I could actually see a gap between my legs and could see the nice shape of my legs! No more thighs rubbing together! No big blob of a shadow onthe ground! What an amazing feeling!:flowerforyou:
  • I don't either, I stick pretty close to the 1200 mark. However, after getting home from the gym, sometimes I'm not that hungry and have to force myself to eat up to the 1200 mark. On other days it just allows me to have an extra glass of wine or a 55 cal beer (or two) :drinker:
  • AWESOME!!!!!!! ROFLMFAO!!!!!!!
  • Born and raised is a mid-sized city west of Portland, Oregon. The absolutely beautiful Pacific Northwest! We have no hurricanes, no tornado's, no tsunami's, few to no earthquakes, and no scorching heatwaves. You just have to put up with a little rain for 9-10 months out of the year. :ohwell:
  • Welcome fellow Oregonian! Glad to have you aboard! I'm another who loves to be naked! My son came home from college for the summer and it has been hell not being able to run around the house, clean, or cook without clothes on! Feel free to add me too! Your personality is very refreshing and uplifting! (yeah, that was a…
  • This was going to be my post! I have a ton of hair and do not like to wash it everyday because it takes too long to do anything with it. If I have a light work out, sometimes I just condition, but the DRY shampoo totally intrigues me! I will have to look it up1 . Thank you for the suggestion! :smooched:
  • We eat a ton of seafood in our house, but one of my kids' favorites is when I saute onions, mushrooms, garlic, fresh thyme & dill with either olive oil or butter until the onion are just opaque. Be careful not to bun the garlic as it will get bittter. I place the Salmon fillet skin side down on a large sheet of tin foil…
  • MUCHOS GRACIAS!!!!!!1
