I think you need to alternate. That is what I am doing. They say that muscle confusion is the best thing to do so I go to the gym one day and do cardio and weights, then I might do p90x or Insanity the next, then I will take a day off, and maybe go for a run or walk the next.

Graduated high school in 1989, I got pregnant halfway though my senior year but I think I must have been 150-160. At my highest I was 217 in Jan. 2010 and have lost 70 lb's. I am currently 147 and tried on my High School letter jacket, and it was too big :blushing:

They are my alltime favorite! I am a salt junky and these have just the right amount to satisfy my craving but not be too overpowering. I have found all the Special K crackers to be wonderful!

This ^^^^^^^ I go to the gym straight from work, so there will be remnants of makeup and a cute hairdo for about the 1st 15 minutes. I do, however, wear a bandana on my head. I sweat a great deal when I work out and it helps to keep the sweat out of my eyes.

I have all but completely cut out coffee from my diet, except for my treat on Sunday mornings. (Decaf) I Have found that real vanilla, a small amount of Hazelnut Soy Milk and some Pumpkin Pie Spice tastes amazing and is so worth the very few calories it has. Still much less than a normal "coffee house" style beverage.

Ditto! After 60 lb's down, my boobs are all but gone! It is way to freaking expensive and my hubby says he doesn't care, so I will deal with it for now.......maybe someday I will win the lottery :ohwell:

What doesn't kill us makes us stronger, I know. And I keep trying to tell myself I can't stress about things I have no control over. But it is pretty freakin hard sometimes.
