I eat a lot of cheese! I did venture and buy some "non-dairy" milk but have tried it yet. I am concerned about my calcium and Vitamin intake, thus the post. I will try the Soy milk and also try the other suggestions i have seen on here about chocolate milk after a work out. I suppose anything is better than nothing. Thank…

I also have the same problem, I will usually at that point eat yogurt or a frozen fruit bar or Skinny Cow Ice Cream bar to make up for some of it. My reader keeps telling me I am not eating enough and am in jeopardy of going into starvation mode when I feel like I am eating constantly. But sometimes enough is enough!

I would be interested too, the recipe I used to make with both Broccoli & Cauliflower used a ton of Mayo and I don't think light mayo would give the same results.......

I already do some of these things, I bring my lunch everyday, however I never really get a "lunch break" I drink lots of water and I stay away from the candy drawer. This looks fantastic! I struggle every morning to find a satisfying breakfast I can eat at my desk at work that will fill me up so I am not hungry again in 45 minutes. This looks like a wonderful balance! I will try it tomorrow! Might add 5-6 blueberries too! Thanks for the recipe!
