We start meetings with safety items. Last week someone mentioned eating healilthy. This week, last weeks notes are up and everyone is passing around cakes and biscuits. Later, after another meeting Danishes that hadn't been touched got handed around and tomorrow is a birthda y so there will be cake and pizza!

I'm addicted to exercise, especially on week days. My morning swim and lunchtime gym are the bits I look forward to. The working day gets in the way.

Try to change your work routine so you can move around more. Have walking meetings for example. Alternative is to make time for exercise. I'm length swimming at 7am and in the gym on my lunch breaks. Make time. You'll feel so much better for it. I look forward to exercise when I've been stuck at my desk all day.

I have cut out alcohol and I think it has helped me lose weight. I think the best benefits is how I feel. I use to sleep so badly and now I sleep fine.

Good luck and wishing you a speedy recovery. Thank you for this post. I found what I thought was an abnormality on my breast about 2 years back and had it checked out. It was nothing sinister thankfully. If you do find anything you're not sure about, then get it checked.

I just found this thread. I'm level 2 of ripped in 30 and I am loving it. Although the plank stuff is making me really feel it in my shoulders. Can you get some exercise in your lunch break? That helps me wake up. I also switch to peppermint tea to help freshen me up in the afternoon. Can you switch so you do desk work in the morning and be active on the afternoons to mix things up a bit?
