UK,30's and in need of friends
Hi everyone, I'm 31, female from the UK and I'm glad to have joined MFP. I've 22lbs to lose and stress in my life recently hasn't helped me one bit. I am in the processes of trying to make changes to my life to remove the stresses (mainly in my work life), but things will probably get worst, before they get better. I need…

Returning Cornish Maid!
Hello all, Decided to get back to myfitnesspal. Various issues and a love of baking has led to some unwanted additional weight gain. Desk bound exercises?
I'm stuck in front of a computer pretty much all day and after a while you just feel like a big lump and by 6pm I'm itching to do any physical activity. I do have the opportunity to go to the gym etc at lunchtime but wondered if anyone had any desk/office based exercises they try to sneak in when no ones looking?

Weighing in
So how often do you weigh yourself? I feel like I'm becoming a bit of a serial scale girl. I'm forever standing on them. But I find my weight can fluctuate about 4lbs very easily depending on lots of different factors. So should I ditch the constant weight watching and keep it to once a week or is it better to keep an eye…
