Desk bound exercises?

I'm stuck in front of a computer pretty much all day and after a while you just feel like a big lump and by 6pm I'm itching to do any physical activity. I do have the opportunity to go to the gym etc at lunchtime but wondered if anyone had any desk/office based exercises they try to sneak in when no ones looking?

    pushups, dips, crunches, if you have for arm squeezers you can squeese those, maybe bring a dumbell and do some curls or something, air squats, one leg squats, jumping jacks, im kinda out of ideas lol
