Hello again. I'm Emma and I joined MFP awhile back and for various poor excuses I stopped logging. Thankfully I haven't gained weight since then and over the Christmas period I got back into my exercising routine and I'm holding onto the good feeling. I would like to up my friends list. I need the motivation to keep going this time round and not get distracted. Thanks!
