Hi Everyone,

Not new here but I could do with some more friends for support and motivation. I'm 29, living down in Cornwall, UK and use MFP everyday so I'll give back support to you too.

    Hi

    I also use MFP daily and really found it so useful in reducing those last few pesky kilos. The daily support from fellow MFP's is just icing on the cake (just a small slice ofcourse....hehehe).
