Hello all,

Decided to get back to myfitnesspal. Various issues and a love of baking has led to some unwanted additional weight gain. Most of the issues has cleared up, but I have a real problem of eating rubbish when I'm stressed or bored, especially at work. They always have biscuits and I will hoover up a few with a cuppa tea quite easily. It's the habit I really need to keep in check. My job is a desk job and only higher management get the stand up desks, so I'm just aware of my *kitten* getting wider!

I would like some friends to help motivate me to lose the 18lbs I have gained and I want to be fitter and healthy, both mentally and physically. I use to do a lot of swimming and weights, and also the odd bit of running and cycling and I want to get back into that. I'm also doing some of Jillian Michaels DVD's when time and weather are against me.
