Wherever you feel comfortable! When I was in a size 12 I was still over 200 pounds. I'm now 170 & a size 8. I'm 5 feet tall and have a curvy frame.. it depends on a lot of things. For me, 12 wasn't it.. but again I'm only 5 feet!! I'm working to get to a solid 6.

Liberate yourself from the scale, it will be the best decision of your weight loss journey! that's because your 120 pounds, your not going to burn as much as someone with more body weight, as they have to exert more energy. get off your *kitten* and get moving! lol, seriously I can burn about 500 calories by running for 45 minutes, which is my regular exercise. I also do programs like insanity, depending on which session your doing it could be about 500 calories too.

oh, its too late to edit my post, but I just noticed the date is wrong. I started this journey in July 2011, not 2012; however, my greatest result has been since July 2012!! Just to clarify!!!
