Hello, I'm Tai! Today I made it to a mini goal: 189 pounds!! Still at least 29 pounds before I reach my final goal weight, but I feel proud of all I have accomplished thus far. I'm 29 and 5ft tall. BLASTED BELLY FAT!!
First off I already know there is no way to "spot remove". However, what can I do about this blasted belly fat that will not go away!?!
