THIS IS SO ME!!! I do alternate items, but overall it's just easier to stick with the basic program.

I ran 4.21 miles

Because I get so busy in the morning I've resulted to making protein shakes. I use 1.5-2 scoops of whey protein and soy milk. My shakes average 45-50g of protein, then I have a couple of pieces of turkey sausage, so I get a really high protein intake and it keeps me from being hungry!

I "started" at 8 am.. still nothing..

NO EXCUSES!! You can do this! I work 8-5 & school usually 5:30-9. Oh, and I take 16 credit hours.. so you can imagine I'm swamped! I get it in the mornings & on lunch break. You just have to find the time. That's with anything in life that you want to do, find the time and make no excuses!

Oh, I didn't add my photo & it will not let me edit my previous post, but you can see in this pic clearly. From a size 20/22 to 9/10 from 260 to 180 SORRY!! I'm not good at posting photos. Idk how to make it smaller!

Close. I went from 20 to currently 9/10. Working on being a 6.

Yes, I do this all the time and it's amazing!! I also change it up sometimes by adding a bananna or using vanilla protein powder too

I've known of people doing from a mental standpoint, as it can become discouraging when you’re eating well, working out but not seeing progress. What is important to understand that this will take time. Start taking photos of yourself and keep them in a log on your computer, cell phone or apps like Instagram. Take your…

I felt that way in the beginning, but not now. I'm 5ft and i've lost 75 pounds.. 45 of that since May of this year. My progress picked up when I started to jog. Then I added Insanity to that and I've been consistenly dropping inches. The scale weight I'm not even worried about anymore. Current 184-186, down from 260. You…

Approximately 12,545 My Fitness Pal members have jumped from a bridge since the news feed has been down.. This is the largest mass suicide recorded in history!

Bump, I'll be there in 3 weeks
-
YES YES YES!!! That's what people don't understand! When you get to a plateau, you have to change up. Not slightly, but really shock the body to let it know you’re not playing. Good analogy, thanks for posting!

wow, great results!!

when I first started, I would walk/light jog with 5 pound weights. I probably still could now, but I usually run 3 miles at a time and don't want to lug the extra 10 pounds the whole way! I wouldn't suggest ankle weights tho.
