My suggestion is to eat less processed foods. Your sodium is really high. Also work on lowering carbs and getting more healthy fats and protein.

Invest in a good HRM. The machines & the MFP database are both grossly inaccurate. For example, I did a machine last night which told me I burned over 100 calories more than my HRM said. Then when I went to log it MFP gave me about 100 calories less than my HRM.. so investing in one is a great idea!

I've done all kinds of workout dvd's, but I find the ones that mix up the workouts were easier to stick with as I didn't get tired of them easily. I've done 30DS & I'm on day 3 of Insanity. I would suggest Insanity becuase its more high impact. The sessions are longer, but you burn more calories. What does your diet look like. You will get better answers with an open diary. I've been jogging 3-4 times per week for a few months now and have lost. Started jogging around 220, now I'm 199. I also modified my diet as well, eating lower carbs, more protein and healthy fats and lowering my sodium and sugar intake.

Nothing works for EVERYONE!! However, the concept has changed my life and allowed me to lose more weight than I did only consuming 1200 calories. I suggest it, but always do your own homework & try different things to find out what works best for you
