I lived in Ohio for most of all my life, but in Florida the last 6 years. I still sound the same, and other always ask me where I'm from because I sound so "proper". :laugh: I didn't realize how country people in Florida sound, but there are still words people say and I just look at them like :indifferent: :ohwell:

Everyone is different. Myself, I have lost more weight doing lower carbs. However, it's not just counting carbs, it's your overall intake. I've found how to balance my macros overall to give me low carbs/ high fat/ high protein.

Good question! I have the FT7 and it also states it can be used for swimming. However, after reading some reviews online there is a split about whether it works properly under water. Some people say they cannot get a reading, and others say it works fine. I'm curious to know what people have to say about this!

I'm 200 / 5 Ft. I'm in a L/M depending on the cut I'm not sure of pant sizes becuase I hate wearing pants. I've been able to wear a 12, but that was about 15 pounds ago so I may be around a 10.
