Thanks for the reply...I eat the Kashi granola with yogurt for breakfast and fruit between breakfast and lunch. Granola bars is a simple way to keep my blood sugar up between lunch and dinner. I totally open to other ideas. Sometimes my work schedule doesn't allow for anything other than granola bars...
