Granola Bars

Help...I need to know if there are low fat granola bars that don't taste like cardboard available. I eat one a day to help me get through the afternoon.

Why don't you try a different snack other than granola bars? I like plain yogurt with granola (or Kashi Go Lean Crunch) mixed into it as a snack (or breakfast). I am a mid-morning snacker and usually I will have the yogurt or a piece of fruit or cheese (Mini Babybell Light). If you have the calories, a little handful of nuts is also great.
If you are insistent on granola bars, the Kashi chewy ones are very good, although like all granola bars, loaded in sugar.0 -
Thanks for the reply...I eat the Kashi granola with yogurt for breakfast and fruit between breakfast and lunch. Granola bars is a simple way to keep my blood sugar up between lunch and dinner. I totally open to other ideas. Sometimes my work schedule doesn't allow for anything other than granola bars...0
