I LOVE beer. It's a huge weakness for me as well. And I really just enjoy to have a buzz going some days. I'm one of those people who rarely eat breakfast.. If anything I will have a snack around 10:30 or 11:00, because that's the time I will start getting hungry. And my weight loss has been going pretty good!

Sometimes I skip a meal (which I know, I know, its bad..) and have a few beers instead! Still filling and you can enjoy some beers without worrying about it!

I agree, I have just switched to drinking straight liquor! Get a real nice whiskey/bourbon/rum/etc and just pour some over ice! Its delicious and most of them will only be around 60-70 calories per glass! :)

Try some more filling foods. Like a healthy pasta meal, or something with lots of fiber!

This is the hardest part of weight loss for me! If I drink a mixed drink, I go with coke zero and bacardi, or something similar. Usually though I have a glass or two of wine. Sometimes a nice cold glass of whiskey. I also just try and limit how often I drink, instead of several times a week, I try my best to only drink one…
