Most Olive Gardens now actually have the calories posted on the actualy menu in the restarant as well. Avoid white sauces and stick with reds it the easiet tip when eating Italian. They also offer whole wheat options on some pastas. Enjoy!

I usually go to the grocery store right after leaving the gym. I head directly to the protein isle and get a bar or premixed shake and eat or drink it right there and pay at the end.

La Tortilla also has low carb whole wheat wraps, the small ones only have 50 calories and they are awesome as well. I use them for everything

I would put in as cardio and its about the calorie burn of a stair stepper.

Hummus and veggies. Always a good option. Instead of cooking anything you can buy already made hummus.

I agree with brownies, some type of peanut butter or caramel to be different. They have a butterfinger brownie mix that is awesome at most grocery stores.

I would agree, it is best to start with some light cardio for someone who is new to working out. Depending on where you live, water aerobics is also another good option, especially if you like the water.

Great Job!! I know how excited I was when I first accomplished this. If you are going to be running I would suggest going to a good running store and getting fitted for shoes. This will help with blisters, shin splints, runners knee, etc.

You should think of exercise calories as a bonus. You don't have to eat them. You must eat at least 1200 calories a day to keep your body from going in to "starvation" mode. 1 pound of fat consists of 3500 calories. The more exercise calories you have that you don't eat the quicker you get rid of that 1 pound of fat.

WW is a little different because it allows you to store up your points to have a cheat day. You could do the same with this. You have to take in at least 1200 calories a day to keep your body functioning properly. So if you can normally have 1400 calories a day, you could save that extra 200 for a cheat day. You could also…
