What do you think about it? Do you like it? I have one but don't use it nearly enough.

thanks hun, i got confused cos the blub on the website said it was also strength trainer but having re read the leaflet that came with it thats only when you start to use the arm cords (which will be a while yet, have to master staying upright first!)

I only got it at the weekend (£2 from a car boot sale!!! the lady who ordered it never used it then left her husband who sold it!!) I used it for the first time today, did 2 10 minute sessions (one this morning and one late afternoon) and worked up quite a "glow" each time and my thighs felt it, can't really compare it to anything else as I have never really done any exercise before (which is one of the many reasons I need to lose weight!)

It calculated 40 cals burned this morning and 50 this afternoon ( I think that was cos i stayed on it more the second time!) but not too sure how accurate that is, have ordered a HRM which will be here end of the week then I will have a better idea how many calories it burns. But as my mum always says a little is better than none!!!
