January 1, 2019! My first day of eating clean and healthy was a success! I am going to take this journey one step at a time. My goal is to lose 25 lbs. I think if we really want to lose...we must stick to the plan. I almost always go over my protein a couple points. Seems I have to cut back on meats, eggs and fish????? I thought those things were good for us!

My personal trainer said that circuit training should only be done once a week. You breakdown all your muscle groups all at once and they then need time to heal. 4-7 days. You should never keep breaking down your muscles.

I just spoke about this today with my trainer. The key is mixing it up CONSTANTLY so your body doesn't get used to anything and plateau! Exercise , foods you eat, doing different strength training exercises is essential to absolving the dreaded plateau. I hope this helps.

I put a slice of avocado and then a tomato on top of the chicken with a bit of parm cheese! Yummy!
