I havent but I know GNC has a lot of overpriced stuff. My husband always orders off of bodybuilding.com for his stuff. I get my stuff from Advocare. It is really what is conveint for you. Good luck in whatever you decide. :flowerforyou:

I dont usually, but I try yo eat every 2-3 hours of 200-300 cals a meal weather I am hungey or not. It keeps your metabolism up. With protein at every meal. It is really what your body wants and needs though. Good Luck!! :flowerforyou:

I use Spark. It is a sugar-free energy drink. It is powder and you put it in your water. It is long lasting too. I havent had coffee in 2-weeks. It has been a miracle to me.

I was told not to take anything for a headache while trying to lose weight, but I dont know why. I didn't ask since I normally don't get headaches. I cook mine on a foreman grill. Spay with pam olive oil, put mustard on both side of the fish then sprinkle with mrs dash. YUMM!!!:flowerforyou:

Yes this diet is a somewhat form of adkins, It allows you 20-50 grams of carbs a day. All I eat is eggs, chicken, beef, sausage, green beans, and alot of salad.
