Yes you absolutely need to include fruit calories, veggie cals etc. Log anything you put in your mouth.

Lately for me its been an apple and whey protein immediately after and then Chicken pasta Alfredo with sauteed onions and mushrooms shortly after that. Sometimes I make a protein cake. Other times maybe cereal with protein powder mixed in.

I will add though that a potential bad side effect of drinking beer is that you are more likely to make bad food choices after drinking. Anybody that has drank will be able to sympathize with this. So that will be something to be conscience of if you do plan on drinking.
-
Have been if you like, just make sure you count it. I don't drink anymore mainly because I have a suspicion it's going to be detrimental to my workouts. That is just something I cannot have ;)

Great time to assess what you have done and what other goals you have for the future. After all, its a never ending journey.

I have peanut butter almost daily. As long as it fits into your macros I don't see a problem with it at all. Natural peanut butter of course being a little better for you. Somebody else mentioned PB2 which is a great supplement for peanut butter. You can actually mix PB2 with real peanut butter as well.

Fat/Cabohydrates/Protein and Fiber Sodium I look at, but don't stress over it. Macros are surgically hit and fiber is 30+ grams daily.

LOL! I use the same towel a whole bunch before washing again. Usually about a week straight. In order for this to work towel needs to be hung dry immediately after using.

Coffee is a hunger suppressant for one. Are you a smoker? That can suppress hunger as well. Or if your used to not eating much then your met rate is probably just running very very slow. In which case you will need to increase your food intake.

These are still ratios ;) Foods that help me easily hit my protein requirements: Chicken, Tuna, Fish, Pasta, Beef, Greek Yogurt, Cheeses, Eggwhites, Milk and if needed protein powder.

Comfort soft boxers... All day every day.

At a very basic level FWB is a "relationship". Once you start saying things like "communication and rules"..... Can it work? Sure I think anything can work for a while, but maybe not for the long haul. It's my belief that one of the two parties probably wants to be more than friends while the other doesn't want to commit…

From the diaries I look there are a lot of people that are trying to lose weight that simply each too little protein. Protein has many advantages when dieting. At the very minimum I would suggest somebody ingest 1 gram for every lb of lean mass.

I usually avoid things like this because of a couple reasons. Most places prepare it slightly different so getting an accurate reading of the macros is difficult. Another reason is the stuff that I used to get and enjoy would have me go over my numbers, so in short Chinese food is not longer a viable option for me.…

I'm going to try writing this without sounding mean or harsh. Personally I don't agree with body by VI and these other programs. It's essentially a "modified" fast is what it is. 1) You will lose weight (including muscle) 2) Expensive 3) It's not "real food" The biggest thing is that these programs don't help you with your…

Everybody has abs, however most of us have fat covering them up. Maintain as much muscle mass as possible while you get super lean and your abs will suddenly appear. Also when you do get lean they will show even better with less subcutaneous water (dry look). Abs are also like calves in my opinion in the fact that you are…

Wow me too, wanna be friends?

Life gets busy. The best way to stay focused and on the task at hand is pre-preparing a lot of your food. 1) You can pre-weigh everything and know exact macronutritional contents. 2) Never have to worry about trying to find something. You could bring an electronic scale to your cafeteria, but there would still be guess…

Thank you kind sir.

Pretty much anything I crave for I eat, but find a way to fit it into my numbers. For me there are no "sin" foods, rather foods that are just ridiculous to eat because their macro ratios are terrible and thus not worth eating.

I'm in full concurrence with this dude.

Depends on how your relationship with food is. Not many people can handle only increasing 500 cals. Usually that ends up turning into much much more.

Your all beautiful in one way or another...

<180 grams a day surgically hit.

I avoid taking information from strangers on forums, rather from people that base their opinions on peer reviewed and strong anecdotal evidence.

I have meals that are 1200 cals... LOL I'm not sure what to suggest here. If your not hungry and your eating that little you really need to introduce more foods. It sounds counterproductive but if you really are eating that little it will help.
