Other will always be the first to notice usually. It's tough for you because you see yourself so often the changes are subtle and not as noticeable until later. Taking progress pictures weekly or biweekly would be a great thing to do to compare. Try taking the picture with the same clothing or lack thereof, and same…

#broscience alert. Always have something in the morning before you work out or run...

I would cut expenses on pretty much everything before I started taking it from my food allotment. :)

Honestly you should pick whatever is more important. If you really enjoy drinking, then there are ways to track and manage it. The problem is most people when they drink will make other poor decisions. Like eating a whole bunch of snacks etc. I personally don't drink anymore because It affects my hydration levels and will…

Yes of course count them......Unless you don't really want to lose weight, then just keep drinking.

Tell him "It's a big turnoff" for you when your partner has hair or is not trimmed... After you tell him its a "turn off" for you, then go into what your preference would be.

<Manscapes on the regular.... Whether I'm "getting action" or not, that's just how I roll.

LMAO!!! ^^ Yeah I think the best course of action is to really just have a talk with him. Let him know how awesome he is for bringing breakfast in bed, but you have goals and a diet you want to stick to. Don't just assume a guy knows anything. We are dumb and unless you tell us exactly how you feel or what you want, we…

LOL Don't be embarrassed at all. The leaner you get the more veins will show. It's called being vascular ;) Being muscular + lean = vascularity

I wonder if your body produces less of these enzymes because you have never eaten meat.... Don't know what to tell you except to try different protein sources to see if some work better than others. Maybe over time your body will produce more helpful enzymes that will break the proteins down more efficiently.

Stay consistent this time, track your food precisely, exercise... Not sure what you intend on getting from this post, unless your looking for pity. You gotta do the work. Nobody here can do it for you.

Great decision!

Hunger is usually never a good indicator to tell you whether you are eating enough or not....
-
I've brought a scale to a restaurant before... Everything get weighed ;) I made pizza yesterday and a package of pizza crust is supposed to be 4 servings, but ended up weighing out 4.2 servings. Bread is something else that may vary a whole bunch when you weigh it. Sometimes where 2 slices of bread may equal 2.6 or 3.2 in…

That's really the only way to lose weight.....

If you give up you will never reach your goal..... Track your food precisely, eat smart, exercise, and most of all stay consistent....

Well considering your mostly made up of water, I'd say its a great idea... Without water none of the processes that take place within the body can go on... I will typically drink between 1 gallon and 1.5 during the day. I find the earlier I start drinking the water the more I can comfortably take in during the day as well.…

Unless you are accurately tracking your TDEE using bodymedia etc. I would be careful eating those cals back....
-
If you diet is consistent, then you may need a change. If not, then start becoming more consistent with your nutrition.
-
You can do whatever you want, but "eating whatever you want" is not going to help you reach your goal if your trying to lose weight. IFIFYM is another story... You can still have things you like, just in moderation and fitting within your macros.
-
There is no FAST way to properly lose or gain weight. Extremes will not only keep you far from being optimal, but will also make it a lot tougher to stick to the "diet". Make it a lifestyle change, make small adjustments, stay true to yourself and most of all stay consistent.

Seeing this topic again I thought it said "Eating after sex". You can eat after sex and after six, both are acceptable... Just don't go over your macros ;)
-
For me it's not about the size at all. Honestly I prefer smaller ones anyways (if I had a choice). Just like somebody else said "love what you have...". Your all very beautiful.

With any fat on a body we cannot "Spot reduce" unfortunately. The body takes fat from wherever it deems necessary. So basically all you gotta do is keep getting leaner until it takes it from there :) Once you start putting bf back on your body will probably put it in different places too. I'm experiencing that now.

My ultimate goal would be to as closely as I can reach my genetic potential, whatever that may be.... So I don't have any pictures yet, because I'm about 8-13 years away before I get there.

<Does not even keep track.....

I think most of us are VERY critical when it comes to self portraits.

Two pumpkin pop tarts, Coffee, 5g Creatine, Protein shake, two slices double fiber bread with natural pb.

IMO this is why people get in trouble when "eating back exercise cals..." MFP for a fact overestimates cals burned.... There are so many different factors involved when determining how many cals you burn, even some of the best heart rate monitors with heat sensors etc still have a window of error.. Honestly you may have…

Lifting heavy as in 3-6 rep max range will enlist different types of fibers opposed to a higher rep range of 8-12. There are other factors that determine what types of fibers you will hit. It's important to hit both types of fibers. When hitting in these different rep sets you want it to be heavy, even in your hypertrophy…
