I've done it more then 1x and have seen results with each go. I do think that you should switch it up some though so your body doesn't get use to the workout. Do something else for awhile then go back to doing another round of SI6.

Also, as far as when to start "lifting" heavier, she guides you all through the workouts and explains when you need to either lift heavier or if your lifting too heavy.

I am going to be starting CX on September 3. I use 5-10 pd weights. Feel free to friend me if you want a workout buddy. :) We can keep each other accountable.

HI all! 5'8 SW 202 CW 181.2 GW 145ish I will be doing Slim In 6 for the last part of August and walk whenever weather/kids permit. September 3rd I will start ChaLean Extreme and Turbo Jam plus walking. Excited to see everyone's end results. :)

I LOVE Debbie and SLIM IN 6! I always go back to them. It's low impact, no bouncing around which is easy on my knees. I highly recommend getting it. Stick with it, eat right, and you WILL see results! I did! The first time I did it I lost 13 pds. in 5 wks. I wasn't able to complete the 6th due to a PCS move. (I didn't do…

I joined it. Do I (or these people) as you put it.....really think I can lose 10? No, I don't, but I do like the idea of the challenge. To each his own. You don't know "these people" and don't know why they chose to join so you really shouldn't be so negative when we should really be supporting each other.
