When do you start to notice?
Hi, I was just curious when did you start to notice a difference in your clothes? I am 5'8, and have gone from 202 to now 182, for a 20 pd. loss total. Falling asleep during workouts?
So I've noticed that every time I do an exercise where I am working 2 muscle groups that involve me doing squats or lunges or when I am during something like a single leg squat, that my foot that I am putting most of my weight on has that "falling asleep" tingle to it.
