I want to join. :) I'll have to look at my logs to see what I have so far. How do you post the mile tickers? I tried doing it and had trouble.

This past week hasn't been the greatest as far as eating/working out, but I have my head back in the game and am ready to step it up this next week.

SW: 177.2 Jan. 7th: 180.2 +2 pds! Am I the only one who gained? :( That's ok, I had some not so great information and I had some beers on Thursday so hopefully by me eating right and working out I'll see a better number next Sat.

Is someone going to start a group? I'll do it but didn't want to step on any toes. I really like the thought of a walking group because even though I do cardio/strength training, walking/running is something that I want to improve on. :)

My results are.......drum roll please............(LeisureRunner and I did the program together) Pounds lost: 10.5 Inches lost: waist: -2 hips: -2 arms: -1/2 thighs: -1/2 chest: -2 1/2 I also measure my lower stomach....lol...in which I lost 3 inches. Very please with my results!

Wouldn't it be nice if people would do research before posting?? Any how, you do get plenty of chicken, fish, fruit, and veggies during this diet. I did it and loved it! The best part is it is not a "fad" diet, it's 3 cycles which does lead you to healthy eating.
