  • if you can eat two hours before your session, a normal meal will do. ( with a significant carbohydrate portion) if you have an hour, try to consume just carbs, and less than an hour - carbs in a liquid form you wont be needing sports drinks as they will only hinder your weight loss goals at the moment. keep hydrated !
  • ^ Thanks for the tip ! well you have to be a little skeptical about every diet that recommends an exclusion of a food group, but as far as dairy goes its an individual choice. Being able to properly digest dairy products is based on genetics - ie, lactose intolerant people cannot produce any/enough enzymes to break down…
