I managed to lose quite a lot of weight cycling to work too (15 miles a day just but I did it every day), I went from 11 stone to 10. That only worked for about a year though and now I'm still as hungry but have to not eat any extra (even though I'm now cycling 22-23 miles a day).

I initially aimed for 147 and then when I passed it set a goal of 140. However, I seem to be plateauing quite happily (with a fair amount of tolerance in daily calorie allowance) at 143-146 so will probably stay on this.
