I am kind of in the same boat I have had 3 kids in 6 years and hold mine in the lower part of the body too. I am 5-4 156 and have been at this battle since grade school. My family is full of overweight women and eating was always the thing. I am having a hard time finding time to exercise with my youngest being 7 months…

I am new, just started today! Always looking for someting to get me out of this funk i'm in hopefully this is it. Looking for support so I can mabey get some good ideas for what will help.
