Definitely no make-up or even jewellery. Hair in a plain ponytail. I do however LOVE workout gear!!! Love love my Lululemon stuff. Sweat wicking stuff makes it so much easier to move and stay cool.

That is awesome Maggie!! Keep it up! Just gotta keep moving whether it's running, walking...sometimes when I'm feeling a bit tired I just browse the shops for a couple of hours even. Still counts as moving and get to check out what's on sale ;-)

Hi all! Had fitness testing tonight in the cold! 2.5km run, squats, plank, chest press, push-ups, sprints, sit-ups, stretch test and measurements! Happy to report cms lost!!! From 1-17 Aug ...I have lost 6.5cm from my waist and 2cm from my hips! Very pleased!! :happy: Definitely keeps me motivated to be better!
