No Idea what week I'm on I lost count a long time ago.... Squats - 202.5 (Was up to 235 but decided to do a de-load to correct some form issues and decided to progress in 2.5LB increments) Bench - 160 Rows - 165 OHP - 110 Deadlift - 265

Right now while squatting 235#, my warmups are 2x5@45#, 5@95#, 5@135#, 5@185#, I try to keep the steps between 40 and 60 Lbs per step... I am considering removing the 45# warm ups because at this point it's more like doing cardio then lifting.

Everyone seems to be forgetting Turkey Perky Jerky. 50 Calories a serving 0 Fat 110mg Sodium 20mg Cholesterol 9g Protein but price wise is much more expensive then a whey shake

I don't always put the toilet seat down... I don't clean up my dishes when I'm done cooking.... (I do most of the cooking) I obsess over pretty much everthing....

No reason to eat 6 meals a day if you don't want to. I only eat 1 or 2 big meals a day and 1 or 2 snacks usually within an 8 hour window. I feel more satisfied that way. It certainly hasn't hurt my metabolism.
