Trying to manage Protein, Fat and Carbs
I'm trying to find a good balance here and I definitely want to limit my carbs a little bit which isn't a huge problem for me but I'm having a lot of trouble getting in the protein w/o blowing my fat grams. Handheld or Scale Body Fat Analyzer?
I'm looking into getting a body fat analyzer and was wondering if most people prefer the scale with it built in or a hand held mobile model. Also, how do we feel about Omron as a brand. It's the only brand I'm familiar with from when I used to work for a company that sold fitness equipment years ago. Regards, Bruce

Cholesterol in Lean Meats..
Should I worry about the cholesterol in Lean Meats, It seems that eating around 12oz of lean meat like chicken, turkey, or even lean beef really jacks my cholesterol up for the day. This is my personal preference for getting my protein, but should it concern me when i go over on daily cholesterol from lean meats?
