Don't give up. First you may not be losing pounds on the 30ds but you are losing inches. You are at a plateau and you need to bust on through it, of course it's easier said than done. I would change it up. If you are working on a treadmill or an elliptical do intervals push yourself for a few mins like you never had then…

Listen to your body is number one. And most important if you are enjoying it and not doing anything to hurt yourself then ignore them all. Most people think anyone who goes to the gym 3 times a week is crazy and it's because they are jealous or just don't understand. If you liked sewing and did that the same amount of time…

This is exactly what I do. I do all the cooking and prepping on Sunday for the week and when i get home from the gym every night I just pull that nights portion out heat it in the microwave and put the rest away.

I have for breakfast 1 cup of kashi go lean cereal with skim milk. Then I will have a piece of fruit in between breakfast and lunch. In the winter time I will have a serving of steel cut oats with skim milk and usually peanut butter or cranberries in it. On the weekends I have 3 egg whites with turkey sausage.

Agreed with all the above. You set your mind and start now. Everyday you do something is a success, every time your sweat or read a food label or make a healthier option is a success. You have to look at it that way. There will always be ups and downs but you continue and don't give up. It will happen you are successful…

I happen to never stop from the minute I get up until almost bedtime, I'm constantly doing something. Then once I stop it's like my brain says eat something or give me something sweet. So i Started drinking a glass of skim milk at this time every night. And now no more craving. It's a mental thing for me I believe so you…

Don't go driving yourself insane because you had one doughnut and enjoyed it. It happened now move on. We all need a little treat once in awhile and that's it. Even if you go overboard don't beat yourself up for it. Just get back on the wagon and continue.

I do both. Some days I want to push my legs harder and others i want to push my entire body harder. When I use my arms I usually will do an interval type of system.

I agree with everyone she is way too clingy for him. He did make the mistake telling her he loved her and he needs to be honest about that. If he has feelings for her and would like to continue seeing her then he needs to have a conversation with her and be honest. This will be a disaster she will get hurt and in the long…
