  • There is a big difference in candy sugar and fruit sugar. Sugar in fruit is natural (fructose) and sugar in candy is processed (sucrose).   • I am also on Levoxyl. My doctor told me never to get the generic. One time the pharmacy gave me the generic and I didn't realize it. I was taking it a few days and was so sluggish all of a sudden I realized and made them give me the levoxyl. Once i was back on it i was ok.
  • I love water so it isn't a problem for me. I have a 16oz cup that I just keep filling up over and over and that helps. Sometimes if I want something different I will drink seltzer just to trick me that I am drinking something different.

  • I would definitely do more. Your body gets used to consistent movement such as what we do in the job and it isn't enough to push us past. You can do more toning or total body workouts that will raise your heartrate.
  • I have read several threads on this so you may want to search as there are several different brands that seem to work for people. For myself Champion has seemed to work pretty well I get the Max support for D and DD. I am a D down from DD.
  • I don't look at fruit as bad sugars. Now that being said my entire diet is made up of very minimal processed foods. If I were counting calories and sugars I would separate out the bad from good sugars. But if you need to watch your sugar intake definitely try to cut down on the sugar.   • I did Slimfast years ago. While I loved the convenience of it the weight loss was so so but mostly temporary. Ultimately I got bored with it. I definitely would recommend a lifestyle change (I don't like the word diet) that teaches you more about the right foods to eat.

  • I would definitely recommend Avon Skin so Soft products it seems to help people. As for walking shoes I have Nike trail sneakers that I use for everything love them as the are comfortable and light as opposed to other sneakers

  • HI! I do the same thing. I track my exercise other ways and I dont count calories I just eat extremely healthy. I absolutely love the boards and have made some friends here. It is great support!!!

  • I completely understand the monotony I am definitely someone like that. I did the shred for 18 days and was so bored with it. But it wasnt my main workout it was only an additional one. So I went and signed up for Bob Harper online I love him and he always made me work.. I think you just need to find what works for you…
