I drink nothing but water all day and it was never a problem for me. My problem is drinking too much. I measure it with a nalgene bottle which I try not to drink more than 5 a day. the bottle size is 32oz

Not a day doesn't go by where I'm like really someone put that on their profile??? I hate to say it but I don't even take anyone seriously from there because It's been a waste of time. I will say this I used the app from my phone and was able to see who viewed me and I'm not a paid member.

I do both the gym and at home working out. If it is taking too much time or not worth your while, you can totally get a good workout at home. Just don't give up keep at it.

As easy as it is for me to say and hard for you to do yes don't stress. We all get wrapped up in this and that with the numbers ans such. I say just keep going, switch it up but never give up!

If it's something you think you will enjoy and do in addition then I say keep it. I have a gym membership and I work out at home. One of the things I do is get a DVD from Netflix before I buy it to see if I really like it. If I do then I purchase it.

I love my life and where I am now but I might have said: 1. Learn to breathe and let things go 2. SAVE SAVE SAVE. Mom was right on that one again. 3. No credit cards or only one 4. Keep working out and don't give up If I had followed all that advice i'd be exactly where I am today but maybe would have learned it sooner! LOL

In the wintertime I have soup for lunch at work. Not to substitute just because I love soup and it's easy to bring to the office. I'm a big fan of the V8 soups my favorite is butternut squash. I work out around 6:30 every night and eat afterwards. I have to wait 1-2 hours after eating to work out but that's just me. Sometimes I do feel I need a pick me up so I have a Kashi granola bar around 4 or 5pm before I leave the office to push me through

Oh it's mine too. I keep Weight watchers in the freezer for days when I want some but I do eat it sparingly and as a treat.

More than anything in the world I would love to tell you yes, but unfortunately it isn't my experience. I haven't had any luck loosing in that area and I would certainly love to. I'm s D-DD and they are so heavy and uncomfortable I would love for them to shrink!

To me it sounds as if she isn't interested because she didn't offer another day to do something. If you are that busy it's easier for you to offer a day than the other person to. I think the best thing is too find out what works best for you and go with that one. I prefer evening workouts but I also like to workout a bit in the morning too. MY main workout is always in the evening I feel I have much more energy from the day.
