Okay...My check in for the week (I did not have internet for 4 days) I only did the challenges on 2 days (sorry) I did 500 extra crunches I walked 8 extra miles I did not lose weight.

I did the challenge for two days this week. I did my extra 200 sit ups and my weight stayed the same. NOT a good week....hopefully next week will be better.

Welcome Onefitdiva! I am in for 200 crunches this week. I may not be able to do all the challenges though. I was under in calories today and drank all my water and did 50 crunches.

Here is my tally for the week: met the challenges, was under in calories and drank my water 5 out of 6 days. And I lost 2.5 pounds. Oh yeah...I posted a recipe and walked 10 miles.

okay captain. Done for the day. challenge met, water drank & under calories. So far I have all 10 miles in. I'll try to get in a couple more tomorrow in case someone else couldn't get their miles in.

Congratulation Joyous on being Captain!!! To catch you up with me. I've done all challenges for the week, drank all my water and stayed under calories everyday. I have done 7 miles so far toward my 10.

got exercise challenge done for the day and have walked 7 miles so far this week. I'm thinking I won't have any trouble getting my 10 miles in to go toward the challenge

I got everything done for the day: under calories, challenge met & drank my water. It was a beautiful evening here so I walked three miles with my husband! Happy Birthday Steph!! And I'm with VelcroPooh....be careful SCC88! I saw London on the news and it looks really bad over there!!!
