  • CardioX done! yoga is my least fave, I think. I'm not sure if it's because its so long, or that it's so slow, but I have to remember to slow down and do the yoga and stretches because they are good for me, even though I find them slow.

  • as a response to plyo as fave. kenpo I like, but have to pump it up for me, I use moves from rushfit or do extra jumps, otherwise, it's too slow for me. i guess it's that I've played it too much.
