  • I honestly have no idea if there is a P90X3 group. If so, I'd love to join. I'm in the middle of week 3. But MFP does not have a search function to find groups right now-which is not cool. I've posted in their tech questions about it. I think the more people who do ask about a search might make it happen. squeaky wheels...
  • My vote is fitnessblender.com don't worry, they have a youtube channel and have over 400 workouts that vary in length from 7 mins to over an hour (1000 cal burn). you can go to either site, or check out their facebook page for their most recent uploads. They are uploading a vid a day in January!

  • i use chocolate chips (semi-sweet or dark) and almonds. I'm a muncher, so the more time i have to savour my chocolate, the better. if I'm not up to almonds, I'll mix the chocolate chips in with vanilla greek yogurt. Yum!
